Intentionally designed ABA services to support children and families in real life.

BCBA-Led & Delivered

To uphold our commitment to quality, all services are provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). In many ABA models, assessment and direct therapy are delivered by different providers. At Oak & Sage, your child’s care remains under consistent clinical guidance throughout treatment — from assessment and program development to direct implementation and ongoing adjustments.

Direct support from a BCBA means more consistent care, quicker adjustments, and a more personalized experience for your child.

Clinicians maintain intentionally limited caseloads to ensure each family receives consistent attention, thoughtful oversight, and meaningful clinical presence.

Support that goes beyond the session.

ABA therapy is most meaningful when it extends beyond therapy sessions. Services are intentionally designed to support children and families across the environments that matter most - with an emphasis on consistency, transparency, and long-term growth.

  • ABA therapy is commonly provided in the home environment where we focus on building meaningful, functional skills that support daily routines, communication, independence, and emotional regulation. Services are designed to fit naturally into family life and support consistency beyond sessions.

  • Community-based services support children in practicing skills across real-world settings such as parks, stores, and social environments. This approach helps promote generalization, confidence, and independence outside the home.

  • School-based ABA therapy and collaboration support consistency across educational environments. When appropriate and approved by the school or district, ABA therapy may be provided within the school setting. We also work alongside teachers and school professionals to align goals, support communication, and promote meaningful skill carryover throughout the school day.
